Turkey

Republic of Turkey has decided to suspend flights to United Kingdom, Denmark and South Africa temporarily. Turkey will ask PCR negative test results from all the passengers coming to Turkey as from 28.12.2020. Tests must be valid for 72 hours.

Crew Changes are allowed in Panamá, but the following restrictions apply: Local Authorities do not allow on signers coming from South America, all countries. Same applies for persons that were in transit in any country of South America.

Crew change in Tunisia restarted since November 30th, 2020. In meantime, New measures took place starting from February 1st where a compulsory 7 days confinement at hotel should be arranged.

South Korea

New joiners shall get PCR test at least 72 hours before vessel departure time at the joining port (All countries, NO exception). Immigration office prohibits disembarking of all crew/passenger who have travelled to Wuhan, China in the past 14 days.

JP Government has indeed started tightened the entry procedure for visitors as consulted with Immigration office, regulation related on Crew on/off-signing remains unchanged, which means we can still assist them with their entry to JP via shore pass entry.

All respective companies must provide face masks, hand gloves and sanitizer to all personnel. Documents (maritime declaration of health, voyage memo & crew list) must be submitted to Port Health officer within 48 to 72 hrs before vessel arrival.
