Dealing with global industry leaders, we are 100% committed to the highest level of corporate compliance, covering anti-bribery and corruption, health and safety & environmental management and adherence to international regulations.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption
We enforce a strict Zero Tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption in any form. Our procedures are benchmarked against the UK Bribery Act and the US FCPA not as a minimum bar, but as a framework we build on. As active members of the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN) and TRACE Certified, we report diligently on our anti-corruption activities. We offer Anti-Bribery and Corruption compliance as a managed service for clients who need documented oversight at the local agent level.
Trade Sanction Compliance
Sanctions compliance is automated, not manual. Our Agency Management System scans every appointment vessel, owner, and agent against live databases from OFAC, UN, EU, UK, Switzerland, Australia, and the UAE, every 24 hours. Clients receive full transparency through our vetting reports. There are no gaps between appointments and no reliance on periodic reviews.
Vendor Vetting (KYC)
Every local port agent and vendor we appoint on behalf of clients goes through our KYC process. Location specific checklists. Real-time visibility. If clients have additional vendor vetting requirements, we integrate them into our process on every appointment. You should never have to ask whether the agent WaterFront appointed has been checked. The answer is always yes.
