be tested for COVID-19 upon arrival at air, land or seaports of entry and will cost for test $30.00.

At present there is no restrictions for vessel arriving from High Risk Countries unless the crew is found suspect or COVID-19 positive. If any suspect or positive case is found on vessel prior calling to Qatar Port, the vessel will not be permitted to berth.

Saudi Arabia

In case a crew member is tested positive then the vessel will need to wait 14 days at anchorage or at OPL for Quarantine as per instructions from port authorities. In case any COVID-19 symptoms are shown, ship master must immediately inform the port agents

Iraq

Master has to provide a confirmation letter that all his crew is healthy prior calling to Umm Qasr Port and await until vessel is given berthing clearance. Vessel with infected crew members will not be permitted entrance into port.

Crew Change have been started at Senegal. All vessels calling Dakar have to be inspected at anchorage by PHO & HM and berthing will be allowed only if there is no case of Corona. Vessels must provide before their arrival a crew list and last 10 Port calls.

International passenger flights still permitted except Passenger flights from and to India which have been suspended by the government for 14 days effective from the 1st of May 2021. There is curfew from 22:00Hrs – 04:00Hrs daily.

Turkey

Republic of Turkey has decided to suspend flights to United Kingdom, Denmark and South Africa temporarily. Turkey will ask PCR negative test results from all the passengers coming to Turkey as from 28.12.2020. Tests must be valid for 72 hours.

Any person entering Ecuador must arrive with a negative RT-PCR test or antigen test performed up to three (3) days prior arrival at Ecuador or the vaccination certificate against COVID-19. If not comply, authorities will not permit the entrance to the country.
