Chile

The Undersecretary of Public Health, Paula Daza, announced that as of December 1st, 2021 all persons residing in Chile, regardless of their age, vaccination status or need to travel, will be able to leave the country without any type of restriction.

Crew change resumed in Bahrain from 04 Jan 2022 with strict protocols in place. Visa availability for crew would be as per the existing regulations (some restrictions are existing for certain nationalities which would be advised by immigration).

Sri Lanka

Crew Changes can now be performed by using Colombo Bandaranayake International Airport (BIA) as informed by the Ceylon Association of Shipping Agents (CASA). There is no need for prior approval from Foreign Secretary for arrival.
