At WaterFront, we have benchmarked our workflow processes and standard operating procedures to the UK Bribery Act and the US FCPA. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards Bribery and Corruption in any shape or form.
We encourage our staff, partners, clients, and vendors to bring to our attention any acts or practices which you believe are contrary to the UK Bribery Act, the US FCPA, or local laws and regulations in the country in which the practice may have occurred.
